Out with the Old Basement

Basement Remodel
We recently remodeled a basement in an older home in Sandy Springs. This beautiful home was updated on the main level, but the basement was stuck in the 1960s. We knocked down walls and lifted the ceilings to expose the ductwork and create a more open and airy feel. We sprayed the ductwork black to give the space a more loft-like feel. In addition, we removed the old wood paneling and refreshed the walls with drywall. This upgrade created the most significant impact on the new space. Now, this family can fully enjoy the space they had before that felt dark and old. Bring on more fun and family memories!
